1. What do I do if I have problems logging in to my Ticket ABC account?

There are two likely reasons why you are having problems logging in to your account:

I. You have forgotten your password or have entered it incorrectly.

  • If you have forgotten your password, please click the 'forgotten your password' link.
  • You will be asked to enter the email address that you used when you created your account. Follow the steps to reset your password.

II. The email address you specified when you created your account is not the email address you have specified to log in to your account.

  • If you click on the 'forgotten your password' link, enter your email address and then see the error message: 'Your email address was not found in our records', either you used a different email address to create your account or perhaps you have not yet created an account.
  • If you have an account and are still having problems logging in, please Contact Us.

2. How will I receive my tickets?

When you purchase your tickets, they will be delivered immediately as an e-ticket to the email address you registered with when you created your account. The e-ticket will be contained in a PDF attachment to the email. Make sure you print out this PDF attachment as it contains your e-ticket(s). Your ticket is the PDF and not the email itself.

3. I received an SMS text message with my order reference and details about the event for which I purchased tickets. Can I use this as my ticket?

No, print out your print at home PDF e-ticket and bring this to the venue with you as that is your ticket. The text message you received is a reminder of your order reference and is for your convenience. It is not your ticket.

4. How do I re-issue my tickets?

  • Click on "My Tickets", log in to your account and click on the "Reissue Tickets" button
  • Clicking the "Reissue" button will result in all tickets in your order being sent to the email address you used when you created your account.

Note that if you re-issue tickets in any order, the original tickets will be rendered invalid. You can re-issue the tickets you have purchased at any stage up to 4 hours before the event is due to start.

5. What if my tickets get lost or stolen?

You can re-issue the tickets you have purchased at any stage up to 4 hours before the event is due to start. See "How do I re-issue my tickets" above.

6. What if I don’t receive my tickets?

  • If you do not receive your tickets as a PDF attachment in an email within an hour of purchase, please check that the email confirmation didn’t go into your junk / spam folder.
  • If the email is not in these folders, please Contact Us immediately and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

7. What happens if an event for which I purchase tickets is cancelled?

  • Should an event be cancelled, The Venue will contact you via the email address you used to create your Ticket ABC account.
  • This email will confirm that you will be either offered a refund or tickets for an alternative event at their venue.
  • If a refund is issued, your credit or debit card that was used to make the purchase will be refunded. 
  • Please ensure that your credit card is still valid for your refund to be processed.

8. What happens if an event for which I purchase tickets is postponed?

  • Should an event be postponed, The Venue will contact you via the email address you used to create your Ticket ABC account.
  • You will be offered the choice to transfer the tickets you purchased for the rescheduled event, be issued with a refund or tickets for an alternative event at their venue. The email that is sent to you will explain how you make your choice.
  • In order to receive a refund or a transfer that may be offered, you will have to comply with The Venue’s instructions or deadlines, which, along with the decision about whether or not to issue a refund or an exchange, may be at The Venue’s discretion.
  • If a refund is issued, your credit or debit card that was used to make the purchase will be refunded.
  • Please ensure that your credit card is still valid for your refund to be processed.

9. Can I have a refund or exchange on my tickets?

We regret that we cannot exchange, refund or transfer tickets unless the event in question has been cancelled or rescheduled.

10. Why do I have to create an account with Ticket ABC?

  • Ticket ABC is a ticketing platform that we use to enable us to sell and deliver tickets to you.
  • Creating an account allows us to deliver your tickets to the email you specify when you create your account.
  • It also allows us to communicate with you if an event is cancelled or postponed.
  • Finally, creating an account with Ticket ABC allows you to re-issue tickets to yourself if you lose your tickets or they are stolen.

11. How do I make a complaint? 

  • The Venue strives to deliver the highest level of service to our customers both online and offline.
  • Therefore, we encourage you to let us know of any occasions where any aspect of our service has not met your expectations. This helps us improve our services for everybody.
  • If you wish to submit a complaint, please Contact Us.
  • Some complaints may take up to 28 days to get to the bottom of but please be assured that we will resolve your complaint as soon as possible.
